NOTE:

  • Excel column header names must match with the user field names in TopTeam. The values of only matched columns will be imported into TopTeam repository.
  • Username column is mandatory for importing user accounts.
  • Allowed values for User Type are Author, Collaborator and Viewer. If User Type column is NOT found, ALL user accounts will be imported as Author (internal) user accounts.
  • Allowed values for Authentication Type are Native, LDAP and External. If Authentication Type column is NOT found, ALL user accounts will be imported with Authentication Type as Native Authentication.
  • It is recommended to reset password of all user accounts whose Authentication Type is Native Authentication, as password of the imported user accounts will be empty.

Limitation: Column header in Excel file must be left aligned.

If you have an Excel file containing user accounts exported from some other application, follow the steps to prepare it in the required format:

1. Ensure that all the column headers are left aligned.
