Overview
You can format text of Use Case Flows by performing the following operations:
- Making text bold.
- Making text italics.
- Changing the text color.
- Changing the text background color – in other words, making the text appear highlighted.
This article describes the procedure to format text of Use Case Flows.

You can also open a record in ribbon toolbar view by double-clicking it in the repository explorer.
Step 1. Select text and click the More drop-down menu
Step 2. Using the above formatting options, you can customize text as shown in the following image:
