What are Business Process Custom Properties?
Business Process Custom Properties allow you to define custom properties for Flow Elements in a Business Process.
You can access this editor from Administration > Configure System Wide Settings > Configure Global Settings > Business Process Custom Properties. Refer to the images below.

When to use it?
Use Business Process Custom Properties to:
- Capture common information for all elements in a Business Process (e.g. category of all shapes)
- Capture information specific to an element type in a Business Process (e.g. time interval for a timed event)
