Overview
TopTeam now supports SAML Authentication allowing you to login to SAML 2.0-compliant Identity Management System such as AD FS. A new authentication type “External Authentication” has been introduced in TopTeam that can be configured for every user account.
This article explains the steps to configure External Authentication (SAML) using TopTeam Web from the Administration section

Prerequisites
You need Administrator privileges to configure External Authentication (SAML) in TopTeam.
Step 1. Go to the Administration section
Step 2. Click Configure External Authentication
Step 3. Click Configure SAML Authentication
Step 4. Enable SAML Authentication and enter configuration details
