Using Custom Diagrams

What are Custom Diagrams?

TopTeam supports Requirements Modeling Language (RML). RML is a collection of diagrams used to model system processes wherein the focus is on a project’s goals and objectives. These objectives are broken down into requirements which are easily understood by both business stakeholders and developers. To achieve this, TopTeam provides you with various RML models or Custom Diagrams for designing or developing systems.

The following is a list of available Custom Diagram record types:

  • Business Data Diagram
  • Business Objective Model
  • Data Flow Diagram
  • Decision Tree
  • Ecosystem Map
  • Key Performance Indicator Model
  • Objective Chain
  • Organization Charts
  • Process Flows
  • State Diagrams
  • System Flows
  • User Interface Flow

All these Custom Diagram record types come with individual editors consisting of exclusive shapes/elements for each type.

In TopTeam, you can create a new Custom Diagram record type from available Diagram Types via the Administration section. Refer to the article How to create a new Diagram record type.
