What are Recent Activity Portlets?
Recent Activity Portlets allow you to select records of type Repository Objects and Tracking Items for displaying the recent activities in these records.
You can access this tab from TopTeam main menu > Start > Dashboard. Refer to the image below.

When to use it?
Use Recent Activity Portlets to:
- Create various Portlets for the Recent Activity Dashboard
- Filter records on the basis of Record Types
- Filter records on the basis of actions performed on records
