Overview
When you connect TopTeam Offline App to TopTeam repository, a dedicated Offline Data folder gets created for that repository.
Once you have downloaded selected records from TopTeam repository, TopTeam Offline App allows you to edit the downloaded records in an offline mode. You can reconnect to TopTeam repository when online and synchronize the changes from local repository.

Step 1. Invoke "Offline Data Synchronizer" from Offline dialog
Step 2. Welcome Page opens
Step 3. Login to TopTeam Application Server
Step 4. Specify synchronization direction
Step 5. You can download data of limited projects on which you want to work in offline mode
Step 6. Similarly, select limited record types
Step 7. Download data from Server to Offline that satisfies the following criteria
Step 8. Preview of the data to be downloaded
Step 9. View summary of what you have selected in the Preview page
Step 10. All records are downloaded
Step 11. Finish the wizard and now you are ready to use TopTeam Offline App or TopTeam Desktop App
Step 12. Login to TopTeam Offline App and modify the data
Modify the data in TopTeam Offline App to upload the modified data to TopTeam repository.
Step 13. Modify records in TopTeam Offline App
Step 14. Open TopTeam Offline Synchronizer to upload offline data into TopTeam repository
Step 15. Synchronize Offline data to Server
Step 16. Select data to upload to TopTeam repository
Step 17. Offline data is synchronized with TopTeam repository
