Assigning Roles to Project Team Members

Overview

You can grant Security/Workflow Roles to Project Team Members.

This article describes the steps for assigning Roles to Project Team Members.

Who should read this?

  • TopTeam Administrators
  • TopTeam Project Admins

Prerequisites

  • You must have System Administrator or Project Manager permissions.

Step 1. Navigate to the Administration section

Step 2. Click Configure Projects

Step 3. Click Assign Roles to Project Team Members

Step 4. The Project Role Grants editor opens

Step 5. Select a Project for which you want to grant roles to Team Members

Step 6. Grant Roles to each Team Member

Step 7. Click Save
