Worry Free Software Maintenance subscription: (optional)
One year software maintenance when purchased with Visual Use Case licenses: 20% of the regular price of the licensed product. This includes: Upgrades: All major and minor software version upgrades of the purchased product for one full year from the date of purchase. Priority Technical Support via email and web one full year from the date of purchase.
Technical Support:
All Visual Use Case licenses come with free internet (email/web) support. Additional telephone support packages can be purchased on pay-per-incident basis.
Training: (optional)

Washington State sales tax will be applicable to all sales within the state of Washington. The purchaser is responsible for all local tariffs and custom duties.
