NOTE: Guest Access feature has been discontinued from TopTeam version 10.306.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In TopTeam Web,<\/i> you can allow guest access to the repository through TopTeam Web Server.<\/i> Guest users will be able to view records, but they will not be allowed to edit or delete records in the repository.<\/p>\n

This article describes the procedure to allow guest access.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

    Prerequisites<\/h3>\n

      \n
    • You must have System Administrator <\/i>permissions in order to log in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
      \n

      Step 1. Go to the TopTeam Web Login page and enter administrator credentials <\/h3>\n

      Step 2. Click the gear icon and select Administration<\/h3>\n

      Step 3. Click Configure Guest Access<\/h3>\n

      Step 4. Check to select the Enable Guest Login option and click Apply<\/h3>\n

      1. Authentication Required: <\/strong>Choose this option, if you want a guest user to login with a specific Username<\/i> and Password.<\/i>
      \n2. Authentication not Required: <\/strong>Choose this option, if you want a guest user to login without a Username<\/i> and Password.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

      Step 5. Re-login to view the Guest Login screen after enabling guest login<\/h3>\n

      NOTE<\/strong>: The image above displays the Guest Login<\/strong><\/i> screen for the “Authentication not Required” option and by clicking Login as Guest,<\/strong><\/i> <\/strong>guest users <\/strong>are automatically logged into TopTeam Web.<\/i><\/p>\n
