You can also start the wizard by clicking the <em>Send for Review<\/em> link in the <strong>Reviews<\/strong> section of the document.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 2. You can also select all child records. The view of the record hierarchy can be expanded or collapsed.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 4. Specify who can review each record<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50625\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"http:\/\/www.technosolutions.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/c-users-admin-appdata-local-temp-snaghtml1dcf64a8.png\" alt=\"C:\\Users\\admin\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\SNAGHTML1dcf64a8.PNG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>All Reviewers can approve all selected records<\/strong>: If you choose this option, you can select all or desired reviewers to approve records.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reviewers can approve only those records where they are assigned as approvers<\/strong>: If you choose this option, only those reviewers can approve records in which they have been assigned as approvers.<\/p>\n<h3><a id=\"post-50618-_Step_1.7._View\"><\/a>Step 7. Select Collaborators who will approve the records<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50626\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"http:\/\/www.technosolutions.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/c-users-admin-appdata-local-temp-snaghtml5edca52-.png\" alt=\"C:\\Users\\admin\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\SNAGHTML5edca52.PNG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once the <em>Collaborators<\/em> are selected, the <em>Authors<\/em> window will display. Use the same functionality as above to select your <em>Authors<\/em>, and then click <strong>Next<\/strong> to continue.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 8.
