Understanding \u201cKeep\u201d and \u201cBaseline versions\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Whenever a record version is marked as <strong>Keep<\/strong> or included in a <strong>Baseline<\/strong>, such versions are never purged.<\/p>\n<p>You can view which versions are marked as <strong>Keep<\/strong> or included in a <strong>Baseline<\/strong> from a record\u2019s detail editor &gt; go to <strong>History<\/strong> tab &gt; go to <strong>Versions<\/strong> sub-tab.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50167\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"http:\/\/www.technosolutions.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/c-users-admin-appdata-local-temp-snaghtml25abf66e.png\" alt=\"C:\\Users\\admin\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\SNAGHTML25abf66e.PNG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If all versions are not visible, select <strong>All versions<\/strong> from the <strong>Show<\/strong> drop-down list located at the top-right corner of the <strong>Versions<\/strong> sub-tab.<\/p>\n<h3>3.
