Create Triggers<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nStep 5. Select a Record Type<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\nNOTE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n- A Notification Trigger<\/i> can be created for any Repository Object<\/i> or Tracking Item\/Issues<\/i>.<\/li>\n

Step 6. Select the Events which will fire the Notification Trigger<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nStep 7. Define conditions to fire Trigger<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\nWhenever the specified condition(s) for the selected events is true, the trigger will be fired.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\nStep 8. Define conditions for child tab event to fire Trigger<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\nNOTE<\/strong>:
\nWhen a Child Tab event<\/i> such as a When a comment is added, When a link is modified, <\/i>etc. is selected, you can specify conditions for that event to control when this Notification Trigger<\/i> will be fired.<\/p>\nFor example, Fire this Notification Trigger<\/i> when the Suspec<\/i>t status of Traceability Link <\/i>is changed<\/p>\n
Notification Trigger<\/i> will be fired only when the conditions specified here are also satisfied.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nStep 9. Select the Template<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\nThis is a predesigned template of TopTeam Desktop App<\/i> which will send and display the notification subscribed by you and can be modified as per your requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nStep 10. Select a Notification Template<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\nSelect a template that is most suitable<\/strong> for the event for which you are creating a trigger.
