For example, you can create a root project and within it sub-projects, etc. All records belong to a project and all work is done within a project.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple methods by which you can create projects in <em>TopTeam<\/em> are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By creating a new project<\/li>\n<li>By cloning an existing project. On this page, choose the <strong>Create a new Project<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How do you want to create a Project<\/strong>: This page gives you options to create a project. from a template or new project. Choose the <strong>Create a new Project<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Where do you want to create the new Project<\/strong>: On this page, you can choose to create the new project as a root-level or sub-project of an existing project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How do you want to create the new Project<\/strong>: This page provides you options to create the new project using <em>Quick<\/em> or <em>Advanced<\/em> wizard. <em>Quick<\/em> wizard allows you to create a project with basic configuration options such as whether or not to enable <em>Use Cases<\/em>, <em>Business Processes<\/em>, etc. Whereas,<em> Advanced<\/em> wizard allows you to create a project with advanced configuration options such as processes, versioning options, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Name<\/strong>: <a id=\"post-49381-_Video_tutorial\"><\/a><a id=\"post-49381-_Generating_Traceability_Coverage_1\"><\/a><a id=\"post-49381-_Exporting_Traceability_Coverage\"><\/a><a id=\"post-49381-_Sharing_Traceability_Coverage\"><\/a><a id=\"post-49381-_Authoring_traceability_using\"><\/a><a id=\"post-49381-_Add\/edit\/delete_traceability_using\"><\/a><a id=\"post-49381-_Other_Actions\"><\/a>On this page, type a name that you want to give to this new project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Team Members<\/strong>: On this page, you can add desired team members to the project. You can also add team members using <a href=\"http:\/\/www.technosolutions.com\/kb\/47466\/creating-user-groups-in-topteam\/\"><em>User Groups<\/em><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specify default Package Structure for OneView Packages (Optional)<\/strong>: You can set default <em>Package Structure<\/em> that you want to apply to all <em>OneView Packages<\/em>. This is optional.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enable Agile Features<\/strong>: Select to include <em>Agile <\/em>features or record types in the project such as <em>User Stories<\/em>,<em> Sprints<\/em>, <em>Todos<\/em>, etc. for <strong>Agile<\/strong> in the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enable Requirements Definition and Management<\/strong>: Select to enable <em>Requirements Management<\/em> in the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enable Use Case Authoring and Diagramming tools<\/strong>: Select to enable <em>Use Case<\/em> authoring and include diagramming tools such as <em>Use Cases<\/em>, <em>Use Case<\/em> <em>Diagrams<\/em>, etc. in the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enable Test Case Authoring, Test Case Execution, tools<\/strong>: Select to author and generate <em>Test Cases<\/em> from <em>Use Cases<\/em> in the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enable Screen Mockup tools<\/strong>: Select to enable <em>Screen Mockups<\/em> in the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enable ER Diagramming tools: <\/strong>Select to enable ER diagramming tools for defining <em>Entity Relationship Model<\/em> in the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enable Business Process Modeling tools<\/strong>: Select to enable <em>Business Process Modeling<\/em> in the project.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Run <\/strong>to start creating the project.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Finish<\/strong> to exit the wizard.
