You can add existing or create new traced record(s). There are three options to add links:<\/p>\n
\n- Add Trace Links<\/li>\n
- Create Traced Record<\/li>\n
- Create Traced Records in Bulk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Add Trace Links<\/strong> option creates trace links with the existing records. Create Traced Records<\/strong> options let you create new records and trace links are created with those new records.<\/p>\n1.1. Adding Trace Links<\/h3>\nStep 1.1.1. 1.3. Creating Traced Records in Bulk<\/h3>\n
The procedure to Create Traced Records in Bulk<\/strong> is similar to creating a single traced record, however, the window is different for adding record details in which you have to create records in bulk. Illustrated in the image below.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

2. Editing Trace Links<\/h2>\n
You can make trace links as suspect.<\/p>\n
Step 2.1. Select and right-click a traced record<\/h3>\n
<\/p>\n
Step 2.2. Click Yes to confirm<\/h3>\n

Step 2.3. The link is made suspect<\/h3>\n
<\/p>\n
Similarly, you can remove suspicion from a trace link as shown in the image below.<\/p>\n

3. Deleting Trace Links<\/h2>\nStep 3.1. Select the trace link that you want to delete<\/h3>\n

Step 3.2. Click Yes to confirm<\/h3>\n
