In order to make your Projects<\/i> more secure, TopTeam<\/i> provides a useful feature called as User Groups. User Group<\/strong> is a collection of multiple users that shares the same Project<\/i> permissions in which they are members. <\/p>\n

For example, in your organization you have Developers, Managers, Business Analysts<\/i>, Testers<\/i>, etc. as different users and you do NOT want them to have similar permissions to your Projects<\/i> or change important data in your Projects<\/i>. For Managers<\/i>, you want them to have full access to your Projects<\/i> whereas for Developers<\/i> and Testers<\/i> you want them to have permissions related to tasks and issues respectively. In that case, you can create different groups for Managers<\/i>, Developers<\/i> and Testers<\/i>, and grant them the same permissions without having to set permissions for each user. <\/p>\n

The User Groups<\/strong> feature simplifies this process of managing large number of users.<\/p>\n
