What is the System Wide Master States editor?<\/h3>\n

The System Wide Master States<\/i> editor allows you to define States<\/i> in order to be used in defining the lifecycle of different Record Types. TopTeam<\/i> maintains a Master list for all defined States<\/i> that are used throughout the system.<\/p>\n

You can access this editor from Administration > Configure Record Type States & Workflow > Define System-wide Master States<\/span><\/i>. Refer to the image below.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

When to use it?<\/h3>\n

In order to review the Master list and determine if the default Master States <\/i>need to be modified, use the System Wide Master States<\/i> editor. This editor allows you to add, delete and rename States<\/i>, and to specify if each State<\/i> should be considered as \u201cOpen<\/i>\u201d or \u201cClosed<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
