Copy these files (*.tlf or *.tlcf) to the computer on which <i>TopTeam Application Server<\/i> is installed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that you have logged into Windows Operating System as a <i>Windows Administrator. Administrator<\/i> privileges are required to start and stop the Windows Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"LessonStep top\">\n<h3 class=\"StepTitle\" style=\"font-size:20px;\">Step 1.
