What is the Workflow History Sub-tab?<\/h3>\n

Workflow History<\/strong> sub-tab displays a complete lifecycle of a record in a diagrammatic format. It provides a state history of a record’s overall progress since its inception. It also provides details such as in which state the record was assigned to, updated by, and updated date.<\/p>\n

It also can show possible future states that a record can progress into, provided that Enforce State Transition Rules<\/strong> is turned ON.<\/p>\n

You can access the Workflow History<\/strong> sub-tab from within the History<\/strong> tab in a record’s editor.<\/p>\n
