However, older versions of <i>TopTeam Offline<\/i> were using <i>Embedded Firebird DB<\/i> to store data locally.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"LessonStep top\">\n<h3 class=\"StepTitle\" style=\"font-size:20px;\">Migrating Your Existing Offline Data<\/h3>\n<div class=\"StepInstructions\">\n<p>Due to the above mentioned change in data storage technique, it is not possible to upgrade your existing offline data.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any changes in your offline data which are not yet synchronized, it is recommended that prior to upgrading your <i>TopTeam DB<\/i> on server side, you must synchronize your offline data with the server. This will ensure that the changes made in offline data are not lost.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"LessonStep top\">\n<h3 class=\"StepTitle\" style=\"font-size:20px;\">Upgrading TopTeam Offline to Version 11<\/h3>\n<div class=\"StepInstructions\">\n<p>The Offline upgrade installer also installs S<i>QL Server LocalDB 2012, SQL Server Native Client 2012 <\/i>and<i> MDAC 2.8,<\/i> along with <i>TopTeam Offline.<\/i> These components are needed to connect <i>TopTeam Offline<\/i> with local offline DB.<\/p>\n<p><i>Windows Administrator <\/i>permissions are required to install these components.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: When you upgrade <i>TopTeam Offline,<\/i> the older version&rsquo;s <i>Embedded Firebird DB<\/i> is not deleted. However, it will not be used any further.
