Overview<\/h3>\n

Configure Record Type Screens <\/i>in the administration section of TopTeam Web,<\/i> allows you to define and assign screens for a particular Record Type State<\/i> as well as for Reviewer <\/i>and Viewer <\/i>users. You will find three options to assign screens:<\/p>\n

  • Specify Screen according to the Record Type States<\/li>\n
  • Specify Screens for Reviewers<\/li>\n
  • Specify Screens for Viewers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        Option 1: Specify Screen according to the Record Type States<\/h3>\n

        In this section, you can specify screens that will display for different states of a record type.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        The selected screen will be displayed when a record of the selected record type is in that state.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        Option 2: Specify Screens for Reviewers<\/h3>\n

        In this section, you can specify which screens will display for reviewer of both Author <\/i>and Collaborator <\/i>user <\/i>types. Whenever a reviewer opens a record, the screen specified for that reviewer (as per selected record type) will display.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        In this section, you can specify which screens will display for Viewer <\/i>user <\/i>type. Whenever a Viewer<\/i> user opens a record, the screen specified for that Viewer<\/i> user (as per selected record type) will display.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
