You can create three types of <em>User Accounts<\/em> depending on the roles of users as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authors<\/li>\n<li>Collaborators<\/li>\n<li>Viewers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Authors<\/strong> (Internal Users) can perform general tasks such as creating and editing requirements, and may be able to do additional administrative tasks, depending on the permissions granted to them.<\/p>\n<p>Can be given full administrative rights that will allow them to perform all tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collaborators<\/strong> (External Users\/Stakeholders) can access documents sent to them for review using <em>TopTeam Web<\/em>. It will be available in future releases of <em>TopTeam<\/em>. However, you can import your <em>Author\/Collaborator<\/em> <em>User Accounts <\/em>from LDAP and use <em>Bulk Edit<\/em> option in <em>TopTeam <\/em>to change their <em>User Account<\/em> type to<em> Viewers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>External Authentication<\/h3>\n<p>You can also use external authentication for logging into <em>TopTeam<\/em>.
