Ensure that <i>TopTeam<\/i>\/<i>Visual Use Case Schema<\/i> is already installed on <i>SQL Server Database<\/i>.<br \/>\n(This is automatically done as a part of <i>TopTeam Application Server for SQL Server<\/i> installation process)<br \/>\nIt is <strong>recommended <\/strong>to import repository data into a <i>newly<\/i> installed <i>TopTeam Database <\/i>and <strong>not<\/strong> in <i>TopTeam Database <\/i>which was already in use and has some data.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ensure that <i>TechnoSolutions<\/i> <i><strong>Import\/Export utility<\/strong><\/i> for <i>SQL Server Database<\/i> is available with you.<br \/>\nOr,<br \/>\nDownload <i><strong>Export\/Import utility<\/strong><\/i> from <a href=\"https:\/\/customerportal.technosolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TechnoSolutions Customer Portal<\/a> (access to Customer Portal is available only to licensed customers).<\/p>\n<p>3. Ensure that the Username and Password for<i> TopTeam Database Schema on SQL Server <\/i>is available with you.<\/p>\n<p>4. <i>TopTeam\/VUC Repository Database Schema<\/i> on <i>SQL Server <\/i>must be of the same version as the <i>Database<\/i> <i>Schema<\/i> <i>version<\/i> in the export (<i>*.eif<\/i>) files.<br \/>\nIn other words, you can only <i>import data from another repository which has the same Database Schema version as the destination database.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>5. Ensure that there is no data in <i>TopTeam\/Visual Use Case<\/i> repository on the destination <i>SQL Server Database Schema. <\/i><br \/>\n<strong> Any<\/strong> <strong>existing data in <i>TopTeam repository<\/i> tables will be overwritten during the import process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"LessonStep top\">\n<h3 class=\"StepTitle\" style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Step 1. Download the SQL Server Database Import utility<\/h3>\n<div class=\"StepInstructions\">\n<p>Download <i>SQL Server Database Import utility<\/i> from <a href=\"https:\/\/customerportal.technosolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TechnoSolutions Customer Portal<\/a> (access to Customer Portal is available only to licensed customers).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"LessonStep top\">\n<h3 class=\"StepTitle\" style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Step 2. Unzip the Import utility<\/h3>\n<div class=\"StepInstructions\">\n<p>Unzip the <i>Import utility <\/i>file into an empty folder on a computer which is capable of connecting to <i>SQL Server Database<\/i>.<br \/>\nIn other words, the computer should already have the required <i>SQL Server<\/i> connectivity files (DLLs, etc.). Also, if the computer has any <i>SQL Server Management <\/i>utility installed on it, then the connectivity files are automatically installed along with it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE: <\/strong>If you can successfully connect to <i>SQL Server Database<\/i> using<i> SQL Server Management Studio<\/i> from this computer, you have all the appropriate files and configuration that is required for connecting to <i>SQL Server Database.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"LessonStep top\">\n<h3 class=\"StepTitle\" style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Step 3. Ensure that <i>TopTeam Application Server<\/i> has been stopped.<br \/>\n2. Ensure that <i>TopTeam Web Application Server<\/i> has been stopped.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"LessonStep top\">\n<h3 class=\"StepTitle\" style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Step 4. Run the TopTeam Import utility<\/h3>\n<div class=\"StepInstructions\">\n<p>Double-click the <strong>exe<\/strong> file (ttmImpExp_&lt;&lt;&#8230;&gt;&gt;_SS.exe) to run the utility.<\/p>\n<p>The installer file name format is: TopTeamIBServerLic_Installer_<strong>&lt;TopTeam IB Server Version&gt;<\/strong>_Min_DB<strong>&lt;TopTeam Database Schema Version Required&gt;<\/strong>_<strong>&lt;Release Date&gt;<\/strong>.exe<\/p>\n<p>E.g. <strong>ImpExp2.09_DBVer_5.0-BatchSize50_SQLServer-14Jul2010(2).zip <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the example above:<br \/>\n<strong>2.09 <\/strong>&#8211; is the version number of the<i> Import\/Export utility.<\/i><br \/>\n<strong>5.0<\/strong> &#8211; is the compatible <i>TopTeam Database<\/i> version.<br \/>\n<strong>14Jul2010(2)<\/strong> &#8211; is the release date of the<i> Import\/Export utility.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"LessonStep top\">\n<h3 class=\"StepTitle\" style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Step 5.
