Copy these files (*.tlf or *.tlcf) to the computer on which <i>TopTeam Application Server<\/i> is installed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that you have logged into the Windows Operating System as a Windows Administrator as Administrator privileges are required to start and stop the Windows Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"LessonStep top\">\n<h3 class=\"StepTitle\" style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Step 1.
