Overview
TopTeam Web Server features a Debugging Mode. When you enable the debugging mode, you can determine the internal state of the server in case of abnormal behavior. You can collect the log files and send them to TechnoSolutions for troubleshooting.
This article describes the procedure for running the Web Server in Debugging Mode.

Prerequisites
- You must have System Administrator privileges to log into the server.
Step 1. Stop the Internet Information Services (IIS) Server
Step 2. Navigate to the TopTeam Web Server installation folder using IIS Manager
You can also navigate to the TopTeam Web Server installation folder directly.
Step 3. Double-click the “ttmISAPICp_IB.exe” to open TopTeam Web Server Management Console
Step 4. Enable Debugging Mode
Step 5. Start IIS Server
