Configuring Application Pool in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager for generating document from TopTeam Web

Overview

TopTeam Web supports generation of documents. Generating documents from TopTeam Web affect the performance of your existing website. Hence, you need to create a new service (or application) in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager i.e. create a new Application Pool. This Application Pool will execute only the commands of document generate.

NOTE: This is applicable for upgrading TopTeam Web to version 13.33 and above.

In this article, you will learn how to configure Application Pool in IIS for generating documents.

Step 1. Create a new Application Pool in IIS

Step 2. Enter Application Pool name

Newly added Application Pool appears in the list of Application Pools

Step 3. Edit Advanced Settings of the new Application Pool

NOTE: If your computer is 64 bit, you need to set Enable 32-Bit Applications as True.

Step 4. Copy the Physical Path of your existing web site

Step 5. Create a new application in your existing TopTeam Web Site
