Overview
With TopTeam, you can create Traceability Links between different record types. Note that before you perform this task, Traceability Linking Rules must be configured.
You must first define the Link Types and then configure the Traceability Rules to create links between different record types.
This article describes the procedure to define Link Types and configure record type Traceability Rules.
