How to add a DocProcessor Template to Systemwide Templates List

Overview

TopTeam Desktop App can generate a variety of documents in Adobe Acrobat PDF (*.pdf), Microsoft Word (*.doc.,*.docx), or Rich Text (*.rtf) format. For example, you can generate Use Case Specifications, System Requirements Specifications, Screen Mockups, Entities, a Requirements Document, Actors list, a Pending Issues document, etc. in Microsoft Word format documents.

To generate a document you need to use a DocProcessor template. This template is a special file that contains commands which are used by the DocProcessor engine to generate documents.
TopTeam is shipped with many out of the box templates which you can use to generate documents. You can also create and add your own template tailor made to your needs in TopTeam repository. You can create a DocProcessor template using any word processing editor such as Microsoft Word.
